📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of client strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Key Account Manager on client activities and performance.
  • Attend client meetings and events as required, representing KINETIC Corporindo professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to support client needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-related materials.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience in using them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Palopo.
