Lead and manage our supplier programs, ensuring they align with Airbnb's strategic goals and operational needs.,Drive innovation in our procurement processes, identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, fostering collaboration and trust.,Oversee the development and implementation of supplier programs, ensuring they are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor and analyze supplier performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our procurement processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to our supplier programs.,Represent Airbnb at industry events and conferences, promoting our supplier programs and building our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on supplier programs and innovation.,Proven track record of leading and managing complex supplier programs.,Strong understanding of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze supplier performance.,Experience with procurement technologies and methodologies, with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
