As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and that our business objectives are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience at our branch and that their needs are met.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that our branch is meeting its sales and operational targets.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor branch staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.,Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the branch.,Maintain a clean and organized branch, both inside and out.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.
