📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools like AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and implement safety protocols.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
