📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating HR training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Support the HR team in managing HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
