📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational goals.,Conduct job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Source and screen candidates for various roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
