📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of new residential units to ensure compliance with construction standards and quality specifications.
• Identify and document defects, non-compliance issues, and potential safety hazards.
• Work closely with construction teams, architects, and project managers to address and resolve identified issues.
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to construction teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall success of the housing project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housing inspection or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Certification in housing inspection or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using construction inspection software such as Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam Revu, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.
