📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our security and cash management roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and Greenhouse.
• Manage our applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify key hiring metrics.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve our recruitment processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proven experience using applicant tracking systems such as Jobvite or Greenhouse.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
