📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.,Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure the quality of our software products.,Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software products meet quality standards.,Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.,Stay up-to-date with the latest QA trends, technologies, and best practices.,Report on QA metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.,Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.,Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.,Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
