📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Manage payroll data using SAP Payroll and Payroll Master, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
• Calculate and distribute employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation, including taxes and deductions.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management, providing clear and timely solutions.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to HR and finance teams, ensuring data integrity and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and company payroll policies, implementing necessary adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing, including bonus calculations and tax filings.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll processing during employee onboarding and offboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in using SAP Payroll, Excel, and other payroll management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
