🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Understanding of labor laws and regulations,Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
