Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive work environment,Lead and mentor junior HR staff,Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or international setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
