📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
  • Train and supervise junior lab technicians.
  • Participate in research and development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lab Technician in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory software and instruments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
