📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products/services.,Track and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.,Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market trends.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the industry and market trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
