📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.,Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and safety compliance.,Manage and maintain site documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Support the Site Engineer in resolving construction challenges and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff and site workers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
