In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and quality standards in the kitchen.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.,Assist in inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff in cooking techniques and food safety.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
