📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and maintain the company's sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.,Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for clients and management.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Participate in sales meetings and events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the sales process and CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the local market and industry is an advantage.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
