📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage the company's fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and ready for use.,Track and optimize fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver performance to improve operational efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of drivers and other personnel.,Provide regular reports and updates on fleet performance to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
