📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of merchandise for sales.,Monitor sales performance and report to the store manager.,Maintain a clean and safe store environment.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.,Proficient in using computer and office software.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
