📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.,Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.,Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
