Oversee the technical operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.,Develop and implement technical maintenance schedules and procedures.,Train and mentor junior technicians on technical skills and best practices.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of technical activities and equipment maintenance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical maintenance and troubleshooting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical maintenance and troubleshooting.,Strong knowledge of technical equipment and machinery, including their operation, maintenance, and repair.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.Experience with industrial equipment and machinery.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.Experience with preventive maintenance and condition monitoring.
