📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Wire Bond and Sawing equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of Wire Bond and Sawing Processes
• Conduct regular inspections and calibrations to maintain equipment accuracy
• Document maintenance activities and equipment performance data
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or optoelectronic industry
• Familiarity with Wire Bond and Sawing Processes
• Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
