📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests and visitors.,Handle and manage guest reservations and bookings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist or similar roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with office software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
