Star Mart Abadi is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their daily and monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stock and organize the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales.,Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian
