As a Senior Civil Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of our infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement engineering and construction standards and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and staff.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing engineering and construction projects.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently is a must.
