📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.
  • Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
  • Oversee the fuel management and cost control for the fleet.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.
  • Train and mentor junior staff in fleet management.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
