Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of all logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior logistics staff.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics operations to ensure optimal performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in optimizing supply chain operations and reducing costs.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
