Oversee the daily operations of mining and resources projects,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards,Manage and mentor a team of operations engineers and technicians,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections,Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency,Develop and implement operational strategies to meet project goals,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution,Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management for mining and resources projects,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations,Strong knowledge of mining equipment, safety protocols, and industry standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
