Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs.Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Make hiring decisions based on the interview and assessment results.Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and ability to source and attract top talent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.🛠️ Keahlian
