📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to ensure alignment with company needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment solutions.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
