📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations and trade laws.
• Manage and maintain import-related documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth import operations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to import compliance standards.
• Provide training and guidance to the team on import procedures and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on import activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with changes in import regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import logistics and compliance.
• Proficient in using import-related software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CISF (Customs Import Specialist) or equivalent is an advantage.
