📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize survey operations to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
• Coordinate with surveyors, vendors, and clients to schedule and conduct surveys.
• Administer survey instruments and ensure they are properly maintained and updated.
• Monitor data quality and provide feedback to surveyors to improve data accuracy.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the survey team, including managing survey logistics and communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our survey services and attract new clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in survey administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in survey administration or a related role.
• Proficient in using survey software such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or R is a plus.
• Certification in survey methodology or data management is a plus.
