📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize digital advertising campaigns using Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective audience segments and ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement high-performing ad campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all digital advertising policies and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance optimization.
• Proficient in using Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with photography industry trends and best practices.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
