📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for rural development projects, focusing on sustainable growth and community empowerment.
• Lead a team of professionals to manage and execute programs in areas such as agriculture, education, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with local governments, non-profit organizations, and international partners to identify and address rural development challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs to ensure they meet their objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Advocate for rural development initiatives and represent the agency at national and international forums.
• Foster strong relationships with community leaders and stakeholders to build trust and ensure program success.
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in rural development to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage the agency's budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective program implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in rural development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
