📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Assist in developing content calendars and strategies to maintain a consistent online presence
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation
• Support the team in managing our company blog and website content
• Assist in creating promotional materials, including graphics, videos, and infographics
• Help with event coverage and social media engagement during company events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Proficient in using social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with SEO and basic web analytics is a plus
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
